Due to Covid 19 still impacting business with social distancing and smaller amount of staff, we are experiencing longer delays. Please bare with us while we get through this pandemic and shipping time/conditions improve.

Tracking numbers are usually sent in 2 working days after processing the order with the courier. Sometimes shipping updates can take longer to appear as the courier system is not always updated on a regular basis.

Please use our "Track Order" page for your order delivery details. Enter the tracking number provided and you will be able to see the progress of shipping.

We are a London based registered company and we keep most of our stock in the London warehouse, however, we do have a second warehouse based in Asia where we do rely on when we run out of stock. Some of our new products will need to be pre-ordered which will result in longer shipping times but a better opportunity for us to grow faster as a business and offer a better service in the near future.

In such case, once the payment is received, orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days and received in a maximum of 15 working days (we are working in improving these shipping times). After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing details of your order and shipment (including tracking number). 

Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.

We are based in London, United Kingdom, however, as we have another warehouse in Asia which means not all products will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

This allows us to lower our product costs and also to have a flexible shipping option available.

Giarité will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resellable condition. Unfortunately due to Covid19, we cannot accept returns of hair accessories. 

At the moment, return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your account in 1-3 working days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Giarité) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are always pre-paid but unfortunately we cannot guarantee they won't charge the customer as well as the taxes vary country by country.

  1. We cannot take any responsibility for customer entering the wrong address.
  2. In the case of a missing or stolen parcel, we will investigate further the transit of the package and we will process a refund or replacement when reasonable for both parties.
