I not only LOVE this exquisite little "gem" of a Lima gold bag, I also wish to commend the superb customer service Giarite provides to their customers. I experienced a problem and contacted Customer Service as recommended.
My issue was handled swiftly, efficiently and kindly by Diana. She was extraordinary! Thank you again Giarite for a beautiful bag and wonderful Customer Service!
