SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Giarité ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://giarite.com/). By placing an order through this website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

We are a London-based company and keep our stock in multiple warehouse across the globe. We offer a premium service of DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING for most of our orders, however, some of our new products will need to be pre-ordered, resulting in longer shipping times.

Once the payment is received and credit is validated, orders will be shipped within 48h. Shipping times may vary depending on circumstances outside our control. You will receive an email containing details of your order and shipment (including the tracking number). We will notify you promptly if there are any delays or issues with shipping.

Holiday Season Delivery
During our seasonal sales, we experience a higher volume of orders. As a result, we kindly request that you allow additional processing time before dispatch from our warehouse. We strive to expedite all orders, but we appreciate your patience and understanding during these peak periods.

3. CUSTOMS FEES
Prices on the website are shown inclusive of taxes and duties (DDP) for UK, USA and UAE and Hong Kong.  To all other countries, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

We are unable to advise the amount, as they change from country to country depending on local imports legislation. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or extreme weather conditions. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your mailing address before placing your order via direct checkout or PayPal. We cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the wrong mailing address.
 
5. MISSING PACKAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
Please only contact us at support@giarite.com if you have not received your order in more than 14 days. Once the order is shipped we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen mail. Giarité is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered by our logistic partners.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and we will arrange a replacement order to be sent. If you have not received the parcel and the tracking shows delivered, our procedure is to send a replacement. 
 
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Giarité will happily accept returns as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resell-able condition. Items on Sale are not refundable. 
Return shipping fees will be paid at the customer's expense. To submit your return, please use our Returns Portal
Giarité reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed or store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
7. CANCELLATIONS
As long as a request doesn't exceed 2 hours after the order. Unfortunately, after that time frame, our systems will process the order to the warehouses which are in different timezones and we cannot make further changes. If you wish to proceed with a return please see above.
